All I can say is Harry and his team are completely awesome! First off , Harry and I negotiated a reasonable price for the property...Unlike other investors I spoke with. Working through the process with Harry was easy. Communication was never an issue and any concern I had was addressed. Harry worked to make everything as smooth and seamless as possible and we closed on the property in a reasonable time frame. I am very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Rotolo & Co Home Buyers to anyone looking to sell their home needing renovation!

Working with Mary on the sale of my Greenville Cottage was the easiest of six other home sales. She first called me when I was in the Hospital with heart failure. She was so respectful and for me to get well. At the time I had several other Real Estate sales people calling me but she stood out from the group. Even though I had 2 other higher offers but Mary just sold the deal.
